Town of Ulster Supervisor James Quigley and the Town Board
would like to acknowledge the leadership of Ulster Highway Superintendent Frank
Petramale in the planning and execution of the Morton Blvd rehabilitation
project completed last night. The dedicated employees of the Town of Ulster
Highway Dept along with assistance from the Ulster Sewer and Water Departments
continue to prove that the Town of Ulster employees take care of business. The
Town of Ulster Police, under direction of Chief Kyle Berardi, assisted with
Traffic Monitoring and Control during the last two nights when Milling and
Paving Operations occurred on Morton Blvd. Paving is a particularly involved
activity made more difficult when done at night. Acknowledgments are made to the Shared
Service assistance provided to the Town of Ulster by the Ulster County Highway
Department, and the Towns of Kingston, Saugerties and Woodstock for employees
and equipment. Peckham Industries, Inc. and their employees and subcontractors
were valuable contributors to the timely completion of this project.
